Zo worden RSZ-kortingen ingeperkt (o.a. plafond van \u20ac2.000\/kwartaal voor eerste aanwerving), terwijl vrijwillige overuren uitbreiden tot 360 (450 in horeca). Tegelijk stijgt het minimumloon licht en verhogen nieuwe forfaits voor thuisladen verder de kosten.
