Vandaag kunnen werknemers met een lange anci\u00ebnniteit nog recht hebben op opzegtermijnen van meer dan 100 weken. Met deze maatregel wil de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Belgische federale regering<\/span><\/span> de ontslagkosten beter voorspelbaar maken.
