De maximale korting voor de eerste werknemer zou dalen van 3.100 naar 2.000 euro per kwartaal, onbeperkt in de tijd. Voor de tweede en derde werknemer wordt een vaste korting van 1.000 euro per kwartaal voorzien gedurende 12 kwartalen.
