Vooral jongere kandidaten ghosten, en lange of onduidelijke procedures vergroten dat risico. Tegelijk verandert AI het sollicitatiegedrag ingrijpend: meer dan de helft gebruikt tools om brieven te schrijven, gesprekken voor te bereiden of vacatures te vinden.
