CAO 80 kent jonge moeders het recht toe tot borstvoedingspauzes tijdens het werk, waarvoor ze een vergoeding kunnen krijgen via hun ziekenfonds. Om beroep te doen op deze borstvoedingspauzes moet de werkneemster maandelijks een attest van Kind en Gezin\/O.N.E. of een medisch attest voorleggen.
