Werkgevers zullen dertig dagen na het einde van een arbeidsovereenkomst de toegang tot de FLA van hun ex-werknemers verliezen. Daarna kan de FOD WASO op verzoek van de werknemer de opleidingsgegevens in de FLA wijzigen of aanvullen.
