Gen Z verwacht flexibiliteit, een gezonde werk-priv\u00e9balans en de optie om van thuis uit te werken. Vele van hen willen dichtbij huis werken en zijn bereid loonverwachtingen aan te passen voor dit comfort. Toch vindt 83% van de ondervraagden een hoog salaris motiverend om een bepaalde job aan te nemen.
