Een verklarende nota met praktische tips van de FOD WASO kan helpen bij het correct invullen ervan. Belangrijke punten zijn onder andere het vaststellen van arbeidsuren, het rapporteren van ongevallen, het vermelden van genomen maatregelen en het documenteren van vormingsactiviteiten.
