Als werkgever kan je overwegen een aanwervingspremie toe te kennen aan werknemers die geschikt personeel aanbrengen. Deze premie is onderhevig aan sociale zekerheidsbijdragen. Zelfs als de fiscus het als divers inkomen ziet, kan de RSZ sociale bijdragen eisen. Het is belangrijk om hier voorzichtig mee om te gaan.
