Employers nonchalant about psychosocial risks


Most Belgian companies do not have a prevention policy on psychosocial risks. This is shown by research by Wolters Kluwer. Such a policy is legally required. Only 2% of managers think the general stress level at work is high or too high. They think differently in the workplace. And the statistics give the shop floor the same.
